Logging Project: Group log entries for bulk actions

**Goal**: Improve log readability by grouping actions.

**Example**

2025-05-26T14:03:12Z: Added 3 codes to Codelist: A09, A10, A11
```

Probably this should be an optional action like if you get `batch=true`
