in L2/25-151R you are proposing to add alternative forms to two Katakana characters. In Fig. 3.3.11 and 3.3.12 a circled version of the alternative wi is shown. Is this character distinct from U+32FC CIRCLED KATAKANA WI? If yes, would it make sense to encode it as an additional character as well?
