macos-13 will be retired

macos13 下个月就要过期了，对 x86_64 架构，github 建议换成 macos-15-intel 。

因为github action是通过特定的版本来区分macos是arm64还是x86_64。macos-13是x86_64，而macos-14之后是arm64。arm64不用macos-latest的原因是macos的兼容性不如windows，升级版本极有可能是破坏性的，需要更新代码。
