Bulbs are not removed

## Steps to reproduce

1. Remove a light on the bridge
2. Re-add the light, it gets a new ID

## Actual results

The old light is still listed in the *Bulbs* tab, but it is not usable anymore.

The new light is also listed in the *Bulbs* tab and usable.

## Expected results

The old light should be removed from the list.
