How to pass a URL without it being formatted?

I have a URL that looks like this: https://bucket.domain.com.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com as you can see, it's really strange but that's how it is.

My problem is that when trying to make a request like this:

However this has a quick fix, by setting verify=False:

I may be missing something and if I can do my request without using verify=False, it would be great

PD: I did a little debugging and I found out the part where the URL is being splitted and it fails because of that part

Unfortunately, no. I still use verify=False to this day
