Elapsed time with AsyncClient seems to include wait time

Hello there!

I'm trying (amongst other things) to get response time data of requests, in order to measure the performance of an internal tool.
On paper, Response.elapsed gives me exactly what I need.

However, when switching to AsyncClient in order to handle higher requests volumes, it seems the elapsed value also includes the "wait" time between the creation of the requests and the moment it's executed.

IMHO that's not the behavior we want : elapsed should indicate the actual "network" time.
