Could we compute, at the end of the simulation the amount of households that use more cars than they possess ?

Yes please. Be careful, I think the number_of_vehicles present in the household CSV resulting from synpop is not added into the XML.

@Nitnelav This might help testing if you don't want to start by changing stuff in the ile-de-france repo to include number_of_vehicles in the xml.
