Description
First of all - thank you for your work!
I've got two bugs to report, they seem similar to me, so I report them together.
1. Links rendered on pages fail to work, tested on current version:
when clicking for cross-reference:
Cannot open file:///C:/Users/XXXXXX/AppData/Local/Zeal/Zeal/docsets/Pony.docset/Contents/Resources/Documents/builtin-USize/: Path is a directory
Failed to load URL file:///C:/Users/XXXXXX/AppData/Local/Zeal/Zeal/docsets/Pony.docset/Contents/Resources/Documents/builtin-USize/.
QtNetwork Error 202
or when clicking on [Source] link.
Cannot open file:///C:/Users/XXXXXXX/AppData/Local/Zeal/Zeal/docsets/Pony.docset/Contents/Resources/Documents/src/assert/assert/#L9: Path is a directory

QtNetwork Error 202
Links from the menu seem to work just fine.
2. When working purely offline, Zeal renders blank page
Previous versions suffered from the same issue, I think: some external JS or CSS being called.
I tracked down calls to google fonts. Zeal cannot handle timeouts / unreachable hosts and it shows blank page.
If I remove those calls - page is being rendered immediately, but a bit uglier.
This may be a bug of Zeal, if cannot be fixed on docset level. Other official docsets do not suffer from this issue.
