7 out-of 10 multi-sig error on step2 (not enough witnesses)

In 7-out-of-10 multi-sig the following error is thrown:
WalletError: Transaction signing error: Prover error (tx input index 1): Failed on step2(prover does not have enough witnesses to perform the proof)

Could be related to #628
