Hello!
First of all, I would like to thank the community that develops this project and personally Eric T. Stoneking
42 is amazing project, which I use in my research and education activities many times.

I'd like to contribute to this repository and have a few ideas.
But I couldn't find any instructions (like CONTRIBUTIN.md).
For example, I'd like to clarify the thruster model.

  1. introduce build-up time и tail-off thruster time (build-up и tail-off time significantly affects the dynamics of angular control, since the thrusters can operate for fractions of a second and not reach the nominal mode).   1. Minimum interval between starts
  2. Calculate the number of starts and fuel consumption
  3. Introduce restrictions for proportional mode: minimum and maximum levels
    (For example, I don't know of any liquid thrusters that can operate in proportional mode, but electric thrusters can).

Could you tell me how I can make my own changes: completely replace the ThrModel function or write my own? How can I add new parameters (such as thrust buildup time or specific impulse), create a separate file (such as Drag/Jitter Input File Name), or add new lines to the Thruster Parameters section of the SC_.txt file?
