Update eslint-config-eslint

I missed this repo when updating eslint-config-eslint across other repos.

However, I noticed the note that this package is frozen except for critical bug fixes. Would updating eslint-config-eslint here still be appropriate for consistency, or should we leave it as-is due to the freeze?

We're going to leave it as-is as updating ESLint configs doesn't count as a critical bug fix. Thanks for looking into this.
