Switch L1 and L2 Ports #7
Description
It's more intuitive for L1 to be at 8545 and L2 to be at a new port e.g. 9545. Currently, L1 is at 9545 and L2 is at 8545. This would save developers like myself from wondering, "WHY ISNT MY L1 DEPLOY to 8545 WORKING!!?"
