Latest release does not contain pre-compiled binaries

Hi Ernest,

The latest release https://github.com/eturro/mmseq/releases/tag/latest and https://github.com/eturro/mmseq/releases/tag/1.0.11 do not contain the pre-compiled binaries. Is it possible to add that, highly appreciated.

Hi Hirak, I've struggled to get the binaries compiled statically recently. Are you not able to compile dynamically linked binaries yourself? Happy to help with that if so. You just need to make sure you've installed all the required libraries beforehand. Best Ernest

Thanks for replying, I am working on a cluster, and it's hard for me to get new packages there. Although I can use docker images. Let me know if that can be obtained.

I don't have a docker image. Which dependencies are you missing from your system? I can show you how to install them and link to them in your home directory.
