Some popular addons causes "Validation Failure"

FastForward (successor of Universal Bypass), a browser extension that can bypass annoying link shorteners.

I disabled all other extensions and i'm using latest FastForward. But FastForward has a conflict. This extension very popular and i think trustworthy.
What is this problem about, can you fix it?

It also seems like Wappalyzer causes validation failure now. Wappalyzer is an addon for identify technologies on websites. It is very popular web development tool so probably even developers of this repository use it.
