GDI+ BitmapData has a wrong field type

The Reserved element should be a LongPtr, since it's UINT_PTR in MS headers

I'll fix it of course but in the mean time the member is unused and there would be 4 padding bytes on x64 in place of the other 4 bytes so there's no size difference and using it as is would be fine.
