Not seeing options for changing just HDMI orientation? #121

I have a new Lenovo chromebook, rooted, and am attached to an HDMI monitor.
This reddit post shows a photo of the SecondScreen UI with an option to change HDMI orientation. I don't have that in my app, when making or editing a profile. I've tried with the system set for display mirroring (my desired use case) or with extending to the external display.
