Description
- it should be possible to pass a point info struct (like targinfo) or a chunker/chunkgraph for the targets. this is useful for mixed boundary value problems where you want to evaluate the Neumann data (or traction data, etc) on one piece of boundary induced by a layer potential on another.
- likewise, the rectangular flam utility kernbyindexr should allow similar behavior...
