unconnected calls log as charges since Android 5.0

Using CM3G 3.11.4 Nexus 5 A5, just noticed that my unconnected unanswered attempted phone calls log as charges in CM, that seems to coincide with A5 install.

please install this extra debug version of the app.
please proceed as following to get me some details about your call logs:

1. start the app and wait for a few seconds
2. make an unanswered call
3. start the app and wait for a few seconds
4. go to settings and send logs from within the app

Made 2 calls, as it is after 6pm it's on that category, both unanswered

apparently ? 5.1 fixes the issue ? here's hoping...

I think the issue has been fixed in 5.1
