Notification stays on playing state

While being connected with a Bluetooth device whenever I press pause on the player or on the Bluetooth device the MediaNotifcation stays in the playing state (displays "playing" in the top left and isn't dismissable), but the icons change. If I want to dismiss the notification I now have to disconnect from Bluetooth and quickly play and instantly pause in some player.

I observed this with spotify, can't tell if it affects other players.

As a temporary fix, there is an option to always make the notification dismissible in the settings. I'll look into the playing state later today if I get time.
