Revelation Limited is a technology company located in Hong Kong. Its main business is blockchain. Its business covers Bitcoin, ETH, Filecoin, Chia, spacemech, livepeer, io.net, subspace, etc. It has rich experience in development and server operation and maintenance, and is also one of the storage providers of Fielcoin. We are not only the data preparer, but also we maintain more than 500PiB of storage power. Our goal is to maintain more than 1EiB of storage power.

Thank you for your submission. First of all, please explain why you want to store this dataset on the network again, given that it has already received DataCap (DC) from another allocator: TOPPOOL-LEE/Allocator-Pathway-TOP-POOL#76.

Please also provide the full source of the data (e.g., the AWS S3 bucket) so we can assess the dataset size.

Our allocator distributes DC via a smart contract, so the data can be sealed only by the storage providers (SPs) you initially indicated in the application. Data distribution must be balanced across the nodes (an allowable deviation is ±10 %).

During distribution, you will need to create an index file that lets users match the sealed data with the corresponding pieces for potential download and use.

First of all, we are a storage provider and data preparer, and we hope to grow the FIL network by storing different public data sets.
The data sample is: https://registry.opendata.aws/spatial-ucr/
In addition, I observed that TOPPOOL-LEE/Allocator-Pathway-TOP-POOL#76 has been closed and there is no intact storage data, and I am willing to do this. I hope to get your support!
