Migrathing from CocoaPods to SwiftPM #249

Overview
If all libraries used in this application are compatible with SwiftPM, then we should move to SwiftPM.
The following libraries can be found in the Podfile.

- FirebaseUI/Auth
- FirebaseUI/Email
- FirebaseUI/Google
