Add comments to rendered output?

Along the lines of https://github.com/firstdraft/appdev/issues/638, should we add comments to the rendered output indicating that it's from this gem?

So you mean, in my screenshot I shared earlier:

We would have some comments like:

<!--- BEGIN right side of screen toolbar content from dev_toolbar gem -->

(Could use some touch up, trying to be as specific as possible)

Which is different than the file paths indicated by turning on the setting on https://github.com/firstdraft/appdev/issues/638, but I think is what you mean.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant.

Maybe something like:
