VTServer: Unhandled exception - address already in use

Following exception is thrown when the server already running..

Another instance of VTServer is already running:
vidte@vidtevm:~/videoterror/vtserver$ ps axu | grep vtserver
vidte 11774 0.0 0.0 1385352 5960 ? Sl 04:24 0:24 vtserver

yes... port number is hardcoded, shouldn't be
