JOSS paper cleanup #83
Description
There is a paper.md and paper.bib related to https://joss.theoj.org/papers/10.21105/joss.04078, which may not be necessary to keep around anymore, now that that paper has been fully published and since we expect to publish the full Taxonomy of Numerical Differentiation Methods. Instead we should link all papers related to this repo from the README.
