Battery tooltips and energy capacity not displayed.

Minecraft Forge Version: 47.3.0

Issue: The item tooltips and energy capacity for the battery items is not displaying properly. All it shows when hovering over the items in question is "tooltip.numina.batter.energy". This is also what happens when I attempt to read the item description: all it shows is "tooltip.numina.pressShift", and pressing Shift only reveals the text: "item.numina.battery_[tier].desc".

I have tried rebooting my minecraft installation, and have uninstalled and reinstalled Numina itself, to no avail.
