Gson ItemStack adapter for latest?

I haven't found any ItemStack adapter tbh, and im really bad at writing them, it would be perfect if Flyte add them :)

Introduced by #46 but I'm going to leave this issue open as it will be changed when introducing our new GSON stuff.
