Selection file overwritten every time I save

I fill out the Hatch and Escape in the selection.csv file and then save it in Jupyter. If I go back to the annotation and try to save it again it overwrites the file with a blank one.

I currently can't see why selection.csv should be overwritten with blank data, as we initiate the annotator with the path to the existing selection file. Maybe the order of executing the cells in the notebook matters.

To save time looking into this issue, it would be useful to have a detailed recipe how to reproduce the issue (i.e. which cells are re-run in the notebook to continue the annotation, etc.).
