CSE detection doesn't work on global definitions and functions in general

Unclear if this can be fixed. Maybe digging for compiler flags could help.
Alternatively, looking at the source code directly could be necessary.

This seems to not be true in all cases. In this code, globally shared expressions are picked up on:

scene t = grass &
  translated (-5) 0 (if t<3 then translated (t*4) (sin t*5) sun) else translated 12 (sin 15) sun))

grass = colored green (solidRectangle 1)
sun = colored yellow (solidRectangle 1)

The tested expression was scene 0 & scene 1 & scene 100, so this might have affected something while interpreting the code.

I also noticed something when testing such expressions as above. Shared terms which do not change with time will be flagged as not shared if they are declared locally. They only register if defined on top level. This makes sense, but it is inconvenient that testing such "custom terms" gives "bad" feedback.

While working on Task02 the detection again worked fine for a globally defined 'branch' being used multiple times in another function. The original failure to share global definitions might have been caused by some other rare bug or opaque compiler optimizations.
