Create a CI/CD pipeline using your tools of choice, that will deploy the application to a free Kubernetes cluster on IBM Cloud

I was able to create a CI/CD pipeline that:

• Builds
• Tests
• Pushes Docker containers to registry
• Deploys to IBM Kubernets

However, I am not able to get access to my deployments. I've followed a tutorial in order to use GitHub actions to deploy these containers to IBM Kubernetes. The tutorial shows the deployment step, and once successful, the deployment displays a public external ip that can be used to view the application. However, I am not able to see it, since I am limited by my free tier account. The external ip address is provided by a load balancer.
