Remove deprecated ofRemote

The Remoting documentation mentions Cmd.ofRemote and Cmd.performRemote, although the text before the example talks about Cmd.ofAuthorized.

The Cmd.ofRemote can be switched out with Cmd.ofAuthorized.either, but I think the sentence about performRemote is just wrong and can be dropped.
