ROCm freezes system?

I am experiencing random freezes with the ROCm image.

Mostly happens with the PyTorch-based containers. But have also had it with other containers.

When a freeze happens, Docker refuses to stop the container and other system commands such as htop also stops working.

This seems to be platform dependent.

I have tried ROCm on 2 AMD setups (EPYC 7C13 and Ryzen 3700X) and both have locked up the docker engine.
I haven’t managed to reproduce this with an Intel setup (i9-13900K).
