Empty short journal name #2
Description
In some cases CrossRef may return only "full_title" field and empty "abbrev_title" field in journal information.
May be we should fallback to "full_title" if "abbrev_title" is empty?
Testcase: "doi2bib 10.1515/rnam-2014-0001" returns no journal name.
