Starnet won't work

Hi,

i updated my Raspbian to the Buster Version and i installed the ircDDBGateway from 2018 but the Starnetserver Threat won't start.
What i have to do to get it to work?
In the makefile i added the -DDEXTRA_LINK at the end of the CFLAGS Line.

No STN Number has been published.

Update: It seems only to work with Repeater-Call-Modul A to D, not with S.
