Description
Currently, in the TWAS FUSION analysis, beside acting as a criteria to screened out genes, heritability are only used in the lasso model for TWAS prediction. However, in the TWAS study where we incorporate expression information to modify the GWAS Z score, it is intuitive that the expression information brought in by genes with a high heritability is more reliable. A literature research for whether and how take heritability into consideration shall be conducted.
