URL Encoding Quotation mark

Can "" in a question be a problem?
Because for me it's not working with quotation marks in a question

im having the same problem, \ as well will cause havoc. did you found a solution to this?

i used a syntax for specific characters to replace..

Add Questions to QnAMakerAi- : use string.replace("'", "###");
Bot Dialog: replace the same : string.replace("###", "'");

i used this. it works fine.
