What happened?

When I go through the activation process for Mimir through the Setapp website, the app shows that it has been successful, but the “continue” button does nothing and the app seems to have frozen at that point. A force quit is required. When return returning to the app, the activation does not seem to have “stuck”.

How does it happen?

  1. Visit Setapp and login
  2. find Mimir in the list of iOS apps
  3. Get the app via the App Store link
  4. Return to Setapp to proceed with the activation process.
  5. The activation process looks like it succeeds, but the app also seems to have frozen at that point.
  6. Force quit the app and reopen it.
  7. activation does not seem to have remained in place.

I am attaching a screenshot of the seemingly successful activation in the app, but note that at this point, the continue button does not work and the app must be force quit.
