I'm using custom api, settings are as follows:
"chatgpt.gpt3.apiKey": "sk-qExxx",
"chatgpt.gpt3.apiBaseUrl": "https://api.132006.xyz",
"chatgpt.gpt3.model": "gpt-4-1106-preview",
The error output looks like this:

I want to know what's wrong and how to fix it
