DEM and profile options

When I run

plot_data.py HawaiiPunaSenD87/miaplpy_201810_202510/network_delaunay_4 HawaiiPunaSenA124/miaplpy_201810_202510/network_delaunay_4 --period 20181008:20251007 --resolution 01s --lalo 19.468 -154.898 --subset 19.45,-154.91:19.49,-154.88 --ref-lalo 19.488 -154.894 --vlim -2.5 2.5

I get

The quality of the PlotDataFA image is higher (see below). The requirements are:

• --dem DEM_FILE option like in view.py ( a DEM is /data/HDF5EOS/famelung/HawaiiDEM/kil_2019dem_wgs84_0.00005.tif
• default should be to use the DEM in the *hdfeos5 file (preferably with all the view.py options: --mask-dem,--dem-noshade, --dem-nocontour,dem-blend and a --pygmt (or similar) for what it currently does.
• also need --profile option (or similar) to show LOS, up, or horz in a profile. Maybe that exists already. We have --section. We could add --section-style. The default is other options could be up,horz,desc,asc, up-horz,up-horz-desc-asc
