horzvert_timeseries.py: geometry not properly populated for non-geocoded files (there are NaNs)

I ran:

horzvert_timeseries.py hvGalapagosSenD128/miaplpy_SN_201803_201806/network_single_reference hvGalapagosSenA106/miaplpy_SN_201803_201805/network_single_reference --ref-lalo -0.81 -91.190

But there is a problem with the pixel locations:

It turns out that the geometryRadar.h5 file is not properly populated:

cd hvGalapagos
extract_hdfeos5.py S1_horz_106_128_20180302_20180525_S0079W09120_S0079W09112_S0088W09112_S0088W09120.he5
view.py geo_geometryRadar.h5

I noticed that it things it is geo-coordinates, but it is not
