Missing CI on the repository (for PRs and new releases) #6

Description

@amureki

Greetings, dear fellows!

Thank you for introducing a new library to match the new branding.
Since I see no running tests against PRs and even releases, I wonder if there is any CI system in place.

I noticed a travis configuration - are you using it? It would be a great help for everyone to connect it to GitHub then, so we can transparently see the tests statuses:
https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/tutorial/#to-get-started-with-travis-ci-using-github

I would also suggest moving to GitHub Actions, as this greatly reduces the maintenance efforts and drastically improves transparency over the repository and tests.

Best,
Rust
