Version 0.2.37 not published

When installing using pip install gl, version 0.2.36 is installed. Need version 0.2.37 published so that the support for push-tr --force is available.

This is needed for the integration with Serge (Open Source String Extraction and Resource Generation Engine https://serge.io/ by Evernote)
