Code blocks in markdown get transformed into simple text when updating the changelog

This is what I write in the text editor when calling chan added:

The following code block will be lost:

Hello world
```
This one too:

        Goodbye World

This is what gets created:

## [Unreleased]
### Added
- The following code block will be lost:
      Hello world
  This one too:
          Goodbye World

Now when I call chan added again and create a new entry whose content is Some stuff., this is the resulting changelog:

## [Unreleased]
### Added
- The following code block will be lost:
  Hello world
  This one too:
  Goodbye World
- Some stuff.

By that point, code blocks are no more.
