Download service with external wms and version in get parameter doesn't work [also previewmap] #92
Description
In download service (and previewmap service) if one of the layer has an external WMS source, and the WMS version is in the get parameters or in the wms version field (Versione WMS) the version is not considered and this layer is broken.
It works only if the WMS parameter are in the Metadata field and the layer is configured as internal wms with a connection catalog
