Add notice for variables that are only valid for local sub-catchment

Currently,  "cum_length", "source_elev", "outlet_elev" and "out_drop" are excluded from summary queries for upstream catchment, a mean value over the upstream area is meaningless/not valid. 
Users need to be notified that these variables were excluded both in the upstream query result and the plots.
