Subfolders of env90m for get_predict_table()

The variables are expected to be in the same folder with the rest of the data, not within subfolders as they are extracted once downloaded. This means that the bio01_1981-2010_observed_h00v04.txt file for example has to be copied under getwd().

Does this also apply to get_modelfit_table() ?
