Commit Dock does not appear in Godot 4.6

Issue description

The Commit Dock Panel does not appear on the dock. Trying to Enable it through Editor > Editor Docks > Commit also does not work and stays invisible.
Version Control Panel on the bottom seems to appear fine.

Steps to reproduce

Fresh godot installation on a fresh project, no other plugin installed other than this one.

I've been experiencing an identical issue. It's possible that it is due to the new default theme.
