Hi team,
First of all, thank you for all your work on Guetzli and image optimization research.
These projects really inspire developers like me to think more about performance and sustainability on the web.
While exploring WebP and related optimizations, I started building a small open-source side project called EcoMedia Manager 🌱.
It’s a simple tool that converts images into WebP in batch mode, with options for quality and metadata stripping.
Repo here: https://github.com/Parachute-alt/Eco-media-managerEN
I thought it might be useful to share in case other developers are looking for practical tools around WebP.
If you feel it’s relevant, maybe a small “related tools” mention in the README or wiki could help people discover community efforts.
Either way, I’m really grateful for the foundation you’ve built — it makes projects like mine possible 🙏
