Print a warning when missing critical attributes #37
Description
There are some attributes that Pack - itself - doesn't care about, but which are required for the resultant APK to work on Android. For example, missing out android:versionCode doesn't crash Pack, but the resultant APK will be uninstallable on-device. So we should print a warning and direct them to either change their manifest or add CLI switches post #36
