How to use GPU for uvq predictions?

I have gone through the code - it stores the features on disk before prediction , is there any way to accelerate the process and using gpu?

If you have correct drivers for your GPU and CUDA installed, Tensorflow will use it. Here's the reference for compatible versions https://www.tensorflow.org/install/source#gpu. The bulk of the computation happens during feature generation, so you should still see a decent speedup in that phase.
