Invalid Path

This may be a dumb question for some people. I'm very new to this kind of stuff. But whenever I run the command prompt it always says the path to PGCDemux is invalid, and I have no idea how to fix this. For some this might be a really obvious question, but I cannot figure this out.

I was getting a similar error. For me it was because I was using notepad too edit the dragon-radar.ini and I didn't realize it would change the encoding format of the file my default instead of preserving it. I think it's suppose to be UTF-8. I use notepad++ now instead. Also can't really remember but I think the path should include the exe file and not just point to the folder.
